Dealing with knee pain is no laughing matter. But, as someone who has struggled with this issue for a while, I’ve found that having a positive mindset and some knowledge about fitness and exercise can go a long way in making things easier.
So, let me tell you about my knee pain management journey. First, let me tell you something about myself. I was a fitness enthusiast. You read that right, I "was". Nowadays, I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk. Over time, this sedentary lifestyle took a toll on my knees, and before I knew it, I was experiencing chronic pain that wouldn't go away. At first, I tried to ignore it, hoping it would just magically disappear. But, as any person with knee pain knows, it doesn't work like that. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and came up with a plan. What I share below is, by no means, a medically reviewed suggestion and your issue may be totally different than mine. So, the best suggestion I'd recommend is to have your condition checked by a qualified doctor or specialist.
